Job Description:
A company is looking for a ML Research Scientist LLM Safety.
Key Responsibilities
Spearhead an LLM research domain focusing on safety, quality,
explainability, evaluation, and adversarial attacks
Develop novel techniques to create harmless and helpful models for
customer deployment
Co-author papers and lead research projects, including generating
synthetic data and conducting benchmarking
Qualifications
Deep research domain knowledge in LLM safety techniques
Extensive experience in aligning, training, and attacking various
LLM models
Comfortable leading end-to-end research projects
Adaptability to shifts in focus based on new findings in the
research community
