Job Description:
A company is looking for a Training and Enablement Specialist to
support Sales, Customer Success, and Business Development
teams.
Key Responsibilities
Equip teams with tools, resources, and training to effectively
engage prospects and close deals
Collaborate with various departments to optimize the sales process
and create learning opportunities
Develop content for the Learning Management System and lead
onboarding for new employees
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or
sales leadership in dynamic environments
Understanding of learning theories and sales methodologies
Experience with sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and
Gong
Experience coaching and training sales teams at mid-market and
Enterprise levels
Strong organizational skills and a collaborative, strategic
mindset
