Technology.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a platform modernization strategy, focusing on
cloud migration
Lead IT projects and programs, ensuring alignment with strategic
goals and timely delivery
Manage and mentor a team of IT leaders, fostering collaboration and
high performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or
related field
10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in the
insurance industry
Proven experience in platform conversions and modernization
Strong knowledge of .NET, SQL, and cloud/on-premises
infrastructure
Understanding of AI/ML technologies and their applications in the
insurance sector
