Geriatric patient experience - Required
NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - REQUIRED, Please note experience on submission
CNN or CDN Certification - PREFERRED
Crown Web EMR experience - Preferred
BSN - Preferred
NXStage Dialysis Machine experience - REQUIRED
