We are currently seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team.Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to work with our patients in their own homes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while enjoying a flexible and autonomous work environment.ResponsibilitiesAs an Occupational Therapist with InHome Therapy, your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our patients in their homes. This will include:

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Providing hands-on therapy sessions to improve patients' functional abilities and independence
• Collaborating with patients' healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
• Communicating effectively with patients and their families to ensure understanding and engagement in the treatment processRequirementsTo be considered for this role, you must have:
  • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
  • A valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Illinois
  • Current CPR certification and liability insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients and healthcare teams
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple patients
