Job Description:
A company is looking for a Claims Coordinator - Health Claims to
manage claims and serve as a primary contact for claimants and
beneficiaries.
Key Responsibilities
Guide claims through final decisions while providing exceptional
customer service
Support and mentor Associate Claim Coordinators through case
consultation and training
Communicate effectively with field partners and identify
opportunities for improvement in the claims process
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
2+ years of prior insurance or financial services experience
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and exercise
independent judgment
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to learn and navigate multiple systems and financial
products
