Job Description:
Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Job Specialty:
Radiology/Cardiology - Nuclear Medicine Tech Job Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) Guaranteed Hours: Not
specified Experience: 18 months experience required; however,
exceptions may be made depending on the unit License: Must have
Indiana or compact license in hand 2-4 weeks before start date, or
have started the licensing process for start dates beyond 4 weeks
Certifications: Basic Life Support certification required
Must-Have: - Active status through one of the following: American
Registry of Radiology Technology (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine
Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Job Description: - Travel
position with rotation for Monday-Friday shifts; start times may
vary between 6 AM and 9 AM - On-call duty required in a rotation,
which may include holidays - Open to 4x10-hour shifts - Ability to
maneuver equipment and improvise positioning for patient care -
Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays - Floating required within the
hospital or nearby affiliated hospitals - No specific charting
required for positions - Requires two supervisor references Note:
Must have graduated from an accredited nursing program at the time
of graduation. Local travelers for specific services accepted;
local travelers for certain positions not accepted.
