Job Description:
A company is looking for a Community Marketing Manager to
enhance brand presence through grassroots initiatives and
community-driven activations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead community marketing initiatives, including influencer outreach
and event activations
Identify and collaborate with creators and partners aligned with
the company's mission
Plan and execute virtual and in-person events to deepen customer
engagement
Required Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in community marketing, influencer
management, or brand activations
Strong understanding of cultural marketing, especially in wellness
or healthcare
Proven ability to manage projects independently while collaborating
across teams
Creative, strategic, and highly organized
Experience with social media tools, CRM, event planning, or
influencer platforms is a plus
