Review project plans to formulate and implement project activity. Direct daily operations of department, including analyzing workflow, establishing priorities, developing standards, and setting deadlines. Coordinate workload and task assignments. Prepare and review operational reports and project progress reports. Define service level agreements for the applications within the projects and devise plans based on the business criticality. Maintain client relationships and meet regularly with Senior Management. Collaborate with superiors in conducting risk analysis and client interface, which includes budgetary and quality assurance. Select, monitor, and interface with offshore software development teams, including managing quality control and compliance with the delivery schedule for the entire project life cycle. Ensure adherence to quality standards and review project deliverables.Requirements:Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with state and local pay transparency obligations. The base salary range for the tagged location is $196,123.00/year - $196,123.00/year.This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
