of the Senior Director, Product Management role, you will:
- Lead product management for a portfolio focused on high
quality, compliant software
- Build and lead a high-performing product management team,
focused on customer outcomes, product strategy, and roadmap
development
- Create strategy and roadmap ensuring code, dependencies, and
container images are regularly tested, verified, and free of
issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders across cybersecurity, risk,
compliance, supplier management, engineering, and lines of
business
- Monitor industry landscape, customer and stakeholder needs, and
vendor roadmaps to drive product strategy.
- Oversee product lifecycle from ideation to launch, defining
success metrics and ongoing enhancementsCapital One Product

Qualifications:
- At least 9 years of experience working in Product
Management
- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the
following with an expectation that the required degree will be
obtained on or before the scheduled start date:
- A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics,
Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative
field)
- A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics,
Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer
Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical
Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
or an MBA with a quantitative concentrationPreferred
Qualifications:
- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into
consumer facing digital productsCapital One will consider

salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work

will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and
the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the
time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer

incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or
long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or
