A company is looking for a Director of Customer Success
Enablement to develop and drive programs that enhance customer
experience and support retention and expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on customer
enablement strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver
enablement programs aligned with business objectives
Utilize performance data to identify gaps and measure the
effectiveness of enablement initiatives
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience leading Sales or Customer Success Enablement
teams
7 years of work experience in Customer Success, Coaching, or
Training
Strong knowledge of customer success processes and
methodologies
Experience with go-to-market strategies across various customer
segments
Data-driven mindset with a proven track record in utilizing metrics
for decision-making
