Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Retention Marketing Associate
to support their retention marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Email and SMS communications for retention and
acquisition
Develop and optimize pre and post-purchase marketing flows
Analyze retention metrics to drive actionable insights and improve
strategies
Required Qualifications:
1-2 years of lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in a
startup or DTC environment
Deep understanding of Email and SMS marketing, with experience in
Klaviyo preferred
Proficiency in Excel and Google Analytics; experience with BI tools
like Looker is a plus
Highly analytical with a strategic mindset informed by data
Passionate about sustainability and the environment
