Requirements: 2 plus years of sourcing experience for corporate positions Strong Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills required Strong calendar management skills in Outlook required; video conferencing, Skype experience critical Taleo experience or similar ATS experience Experience developing interview guides (Interview Architect a plus) Skills Excellent customer service skills Well organized Collaborative Team focused Strong sourcing skills Attention to detail Ability to consistently follow outlined procedures



Responsibilities:


The Recruiting Coordinator is responsible for supporting recruitment operations. The coordinator will schedule interviews, escort candidates into the facility, source candidates, develop interview guides, conduct phone screens and complete reference checks. Specific processes and procedures are outlined for the recruiting function and require the coordinator to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency in completing all job functions. The Coordinator will collaborate with the recruiters to develop a sourcing strategy that utilizes a micro strategy approach utilizing a variety of channels. The Coordinator will need to ensure high quality candidates are sourced and submitted in a timely manner. The Coordinator will keep the recruiters informed of sourcing progress, post open positions on internal and external sources.
